These Terms & Conditions govern access to the KCart website, platform, and related services operated by KCart Pty Ltd.

These terms explain how KCart may be used, what each party is responsible for, and the basic commercial and legal rules that apply when you access the site, trial the platform, or subscribe to the service.
1. Platform Overview
KCart is a multi-tenant commerce platform enabling businesses to sell both wholesale and retail through a single dashboard. The platform is operated by KCart Pty Ltd, registered in Queensland, Australia.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each account is tied to a single business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
3. Trials & Subscriptions
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Growth plan. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed monthly or annually based on your choice. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use KCart for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or to interfere with the platform’s operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Customer Data
You retain full ownership of all customer data stored on KCart. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for data collection and processing.
6. Third-Party Services
KCart integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, and various shipping carriers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
KCart and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KCart Pty Ltd. Your store content, product listings, and branding remain your intellectual property.
8. Platform Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may request account closure and data export at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
